Fluid Recycling Service's patented mobile recycling technology provides pre- and post-filtration; and our high speed disc centrifuge can remove particles as small as one micron. Thermal treatment acts as a pasteurizer and aids in tramp oil separation as well as flow rates. After recycling, the cleaned oil or coolant is deposited into a "clean" tank for further use in the manufacturing process. All operational data is recorded and a quality control report generated in the form of a service order.
